Yoga helps to improve physical wellbeing,
strength and flexibility whilst
promoting better concentration,
awareness and peace of mind. It is an
ideal accompaniment to other forms of exercise.
When practised regularly it helps strengthen
the back, improve circulation
and alleviate headaches and
insomnia. Yoga tones the whole body.
This class introduces a range of core
postures in detail and flows, in a gentle
way, from one position to the
next. The class combines various yoga postures
with relaxation and breathing techniques to progessively develop a deeper
understanding of yoga.
This is a small, friendly class held
in a peaceful dance studio with sprung
wooden floors located in the
centre of Tottenham and is suitable for people
of all levels of fitness and experience.
