Schedule of classes from January 2010

Tuesday: General Yoga 6.30 pm-8.pm - £7 per person

               Tango Beginners 8.15-9.15 pm - practise afterwards. £7 class

Wednesday: Tango for intermediate dancers

               8 pm – 9.30 pm practise afterwards. £7 per class and practise

               or £35 for six classes.

Thursday: TANGO FOR BALANCE (tango exercises for

               Parkinson's Disease): 11.00 am - 12.30 pm £15 per class

               Starting 18 February 2010: 8 Week Tai Chi Course

               with Albert

               6.15 pm - 7.30 pm Course cost £48

Friday: 

Saturday: Starting 6th March 10.45 - 11.45  9 Week Tai Chi Course

                  with Albert: Course cost  £65

Sunday:

On the walls:   Mixed exhibition

The Room is available for private hire £12 per hour
